Chicken Sate and Peanut Sauce

At the Youth Center I have been teaching a couple of cooking classes. It is a popular class but has limited space for only 5 students and a translator and me. But resently I have five students, 2 translators and 2 of our base cooks have joined our class. It has been a wonderful way to get to know the students. Food always brings people together. The other day I had two of my students sing for our class, it was beautiful. They are also learning not only about cleanliness in the kitchen but also that you can cook without MSG, which is a huge step for them, as well as they are learning about presentation and are getting quite good at designing their plates. Please continue to pray for my relationship with them and that they will come to know Jesus.

Cambodia's Going Green

I started a recycling system on or base. For two reasons 1. For our environment and 2. To take away a hide out option for the rat infestation in our house.

In khmer and in english are signs for each recycling bin

Isn't it fun going Green
