The Difference we can make with $10 dollars, what a small price to pay for a huge return

So Back in Ellensburg the Lord put it on my parents heart to try a raise money for soccer shoes for my team. They prayed about who they should ask. And I was so blessed to see so many different ages come together to support and show Christ's love to these boys. My soccer team is at an ophanage. So they don't have much. Many of them play barefoot and the fortunate ones have a pair of extremely old shoes and one...let me say it again... one pair of socks. So many people came together and helped make a difference in these boys hearts and lives by giving 10 dollars and encouraging them with a card and photo. In Cambodia many organizations are getting worried because of what is happening in America with the economy, yet I just saw generousity in it's purist form. And I am not worried because I know that God is always faithful and in Control.

To try and capture the joy and difference that was in their eyes was difficult but it truely was a priceless moment in my life. These pictures are as close as we can get to you really seeing what difference you made by believing and loving in them

My mom shared a story to me that I passed on to these boys that made them smile with joy. One of the families that gave, have a boy named Bodie. His mom and my mom were talking about Cambodia and after awhile Bodie said "that's where I am from" and both mom's looked at each other confused, they said "what do you mean you are from there" Bodie said " you know Cam...Bodi...a" I love that story and so did the boys.

Did Christmas come early this year....

Photo opportunity..... opps.....Argh...

The whole team

Do they fit????

Shoes, Shoes, Shoes.....Smiles, Smiles, Smiles

This is Nong, the boy that was seriously hurt. He is doing much better and I can see a huge change in his heart. Thankyou for all your prayers

This is Seung, he translates for me and has developed a huge heart for this team and has blessed me with his friendship.

This is a letter from my right hand Man, "Seung". He shares about how much this meant to him and this team. He is 26 years old and this is his first pair of real soccer shoes. He wrote about how God was truely in this and continued to thank all of you over and over. He definately is thankful and grateful for how God is so faithful in his life.

More...Smiles, Smiles, Smiles...

A Tea Party for missions

A Tea Party for Missons. Stacy had emailed me about wanting to get her 5th grade class involved in missions. She asked about ways that they could support me over here. I shared with her about all of the different ministries that are here. So she took that back to her kids and they got an assignment... and that was to pray and ask God which ministry they were to help and support.

It is such a blessing to see so many people involved and so many people willing and wanting to help and make a difference

and there is more....

Here is Stacy with her son in law and grandkid. Stacy and Gemma, her daughter were praying about how they could be involved with the ministries over here. And God put on their hearts to help support the cooking ministry that I am doing. It was held at Mercer Creek Church with their 5th grade sunday school class. They put on a wonderful Tea where people learned about Cambodia and got to shop with Pampered Chef, to help buy tools and appliances for the class here.

At the tea people were shopping for my cooking ministry.

This is Gemma, I have know her since high school. Stacy and Gemma and the 5th graders at church put together this tea. Both Gemma and Stacy are a huge part of my church back home and it is so cool to see the impact that they are making with the children at our church. As a missionary over sea's I have felt so supported by both of these women of God and am so excited to see the influence that they have on getting children involved with missions. Thank you sooooo Much for all that you do and your generous and sweet spirit.

The Wests were Here

The Wests with new baby Eden, well not so new but new to me.
